ServerAdmin.ai ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. When you connect servers to ServerAdmin.ai, our agent collects system metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network), service status, log excerpts relevant to diagnostics, and configuration metadata. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the product.
We use your data to provide and improve the ServerAdmin.ai service. Server metrics and logs are used for AI-powered diagnostics, monitoring, and incident resolution. Your data is processed by AI models to generate insights, diagnoses, and recommended fixes. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Server metrics are retained for the duration specified by your plan (30 days for Free, 90 days for Starter, 1 year for Pro, 2 years for Team). Incident records and diagnostic results are retained for 2 years. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We use third-party services to operate ServerAdmin.ai. These include cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for diagnostics, payment processors for billing, and email services for notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data at any time from your account settings. You can opt out of non-essential data collection. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
