By accessing or using ServerAdmin.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use ServerAdmin.ai. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Access to the ServerAdmin.ai API is governed by your plan tier. API rate limits apply and vary by plan. You may not use the API to build a competing product or service. By connecting a server to ServerAdmin.ai, you grant our agent permission to collect system metrics, read relevant log files, and execute approved diagnostic and remediation commands. The agent operates with the permissions you configure. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect each server. ServerAdmin.ai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI diagnostics will be accurate in all cases. In no event shall ServerAdmin.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees.
